Privacy note

Last updated 16 October 2026

This note explains what happens to the details you send me through this site. It is written with the UAE's personal data law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) in mind.

Who I am

I'm Nik Susnjara, a RERA-licensed broker (BRN 99166) in Dubai. I'm responsible for the details you send here. You can reach me at nik@ambra.ae.

What I collect

I don't use advertising trackers or cookies. The "how you found the site" details are held in your browser tab (session storage) until you send a form, and are cleared when you close the tab. Any visit statistics are cookie-free and don't identify you. My website host processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site.

Why

To reply to your request and, if you choose, to help you with a purchase. I use the "how you found the site" details only to see which channels are useful. I won't add you to a mailing list.

Where it's stored

Your details are stored in a private Google Sheet in my Google account, which only I can access. I also get an email notification with your request. Google may store this data on servers outside the UAE.

Who sees it

Only me. I don't sell your details or share them for marketing. If you decide to go ahead with a purchase, the details needed for that transaction are shared with the licensed brokerage that handles it, and with others involved only with your agreement.

How long I keep it

24 months from your last contact with me, unless you ask me to delete it sooner. Records the brokerage must keep for a completed transaction follow its own legal retention rules.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Email nik@ambra.ae from the address you used, or tell me on WhatsApp, and I'll confirm when it's done.
